This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you (You, Member, User or Advertiser) and ClickingForGreen sets out the terms of your membership. You must Read, Understand and Agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking 'I Accept'. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, ClickingForGreen is sorry that you will NOT be able to become a Member.

Disclaimer

Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. If you are found to have more than 1 account, you will forfeit all earnings.

False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.

Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include (but is not limited to) any of the following:
-- Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
-- Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
-- Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
-- Failing more than 25 cheat questions in any 30 day period and your payout requests will be deleted.

Referrals
There is no guarantee on referral (purchased or referred) activity. If they are purchase and you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will either replace them or issue a refund.

Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 45 days, your account will be suspended and your earnings/ads/credits/ referrals/ will be cleared. Please contact admin to see if your account can be reinstated. 60 day inactive accounts are purged from the system.

Payouts

Payouts are processed through Paypal and Payza (when available - and may be removed as a payout option without prior notice) at this time.
Your full first and last legal name and country must be in your account and match that on your Paypal account.
All payments will be made within 30 business days. Please only request one payment at a time. All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault. We will pay to the payment address on your account. We can decline/delete any payments of user suspected of cheating.

Advertising Terms
Any ad that has been submitted that violates these Terms will be deleted and credits will not be returned.
-- PTP links may NOT be placed in banner links and PTP rotators if a rotator is available.
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not freeze or close browsers.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.

Purchases
ALL PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF THEY HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT PROPERLY.
By signing up and making a purchase, you are agreeing and accepting these Terms. No refunds will be given.
Although if there is an issue, every effort will be made to correct any mistakes that were made.
Any member who makes a purchase, assigns credits, then attempts a 'charge back' will be banned from all sites.

Payments to Users

To be fair to advertisers, all members must click 500 ptc links before payout requests will be processed. You can check your stats in your account profile.
Free members will be paid 10% of their requested amount.
Upgraded members will be paid 100% of their requested amount.
There is a $1.00 Maximum set on all payout requests at this time.
Payouts are processed through Paypal and Payza (when available - and may be removed as a payout option without prior notice) at this time.
Payout requests for Payza will only be paid if the amount is more that their required $1 minimum.
It is your responsibility to determine which payout method your country allows.
If you deposited/funded/bought a membership or ad package with PayPal you cannot withdraw your money by Payza. Same for Payza to PayPal.
The more you click and the more your referrals click gives you higher earnings.

Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.

Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.

Changes to accounts
Every attempt will be made to ensure the proper working and safety of the site. If at any time the site is hacked and outrageous link values are added and members do not notify admin of this so it can be corrected, we will upload the last uncorrupted backup of member earnings.
I am sorry about this but it is a proven fact that there are hackers out there doing bad things and unfortunately it is hard to catch them when they hit your site.
